Waukon boys track team places fourth at North Fayette Valley Invitational

The Waukon boys track team had just one meet it was able to participate in this past week, weather claiming the Monday, April 20 Decorah Invitational. The Indians did compete in the North Fayette Valley Invitational Thursday, April 23, scoring points in 11 of the meet’s events to tally 53 points and finish fourth in the final 14-team standings.
The Indians were scheduled to take part in the Tuesday, April 28 Oelwein Invitational for their only competition for this week. The Tribe will then take part in the New Hampton Invitational Monday, May 4 before participating in the Northeast Iowa Conference Meet Thursday, May 7 at Oelwein.
