Waukon girls track team finishes fourth at own Indian Relays, sixth at MFL/MarMac

Waukon girls track senior Lyvia Bulman crosses the finish line to help her team win the 4x200 relay at the Indians’ own home Indian Relays Tuesday, April 28 as the race clock shows a time of 1:49.0, less than half a second off the school record in the event of 1:48.6 set back in 1985. Bulman anchored both that 4x200 relay and the sprint medley relay to victory in the final home meet of her stellar high school track career, joining forces with sophomore Regan Wasson and juniors Nicole Behrend and Madison Snitker in both relay triumphs in respective times of 1:49.05 and 1:55.16. She also anchored the Tribe’s 4x400 relay to second place in 4:20.63 and the 4x100 relay to third place in a clocking of 52.57 seconds in her final competition on the home track.
