Jason Neuman

Jason Robert Neuman, age 35, died September 6, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 10 from 3-7 p.m. at Good Fellas in Waukon. All are welcome.
Jason was born October 13, 1979 in Torrance, CA to Bruce and Karen Neuman. He lived in California until 1987, when he and his mom moved to Dorchester. Jason attended both Dorchester and Waukon schools. After high school he lived in various parts of the Tri-State area, and in two years in Austin, TX. Eventually, he came back to Dorchester, where he resided until the time of his passing.
Jason had many hobbies and passions. He was an avid collector of anything “Simpson” and Nintendo, he lived for music, and he enjoyed spending much of his time outdoors camping, hiking, traveling, fishing and canoeing. He was also a star in the kitchen, constantly crafting new creations for anyone to try. Jason had a beautiful soul, he was an amazing son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be forever missed and loved.
Jason is survived by his mother and step-father, Karen and Steve Schwartzhoff; his step-mother, Kathy Neuman; two grandmothers, Jerry Neuman and Sara Chadwick; a grandfather, Donald Schwartzhoff; a sister, Krystal (Nick) Sultze; a nephew, Kaleb Kruse; two brothers, Shane Schwartzhoff and Jordan (Brittany) Neuman; two nieces, Haley and Kiley Neuman; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and a countless number of amazing friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Neuman; his grandfather, Robert Keller; his grandmother, Shirley Schwartzhoff; and his uncle, Robert “Tiger” Keller.
