Rosalie Weber-Halverson

Rosalie Ann Weber-Halverson, 77, of Lansing died Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Thornton Manor in Lansing after a brave battle with cancer. Private family services will take place at a later date.
Rosalie was born February 13, 1938 to Hebert and Rosalie (DuCharme) Spalla in Eastman, WI. She graduated from Aquinas High School in La Crosse, WI.
Rosalie was united in marriage with Robert Weber February 28, 1960 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in DeSoto, WI. To this union two children were born, Kimberly and David. Robert passed away in 1986. Rosalie was united in marriage to Harvey Halverson at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lansing in 1989.
Rosalie was a homemaker for her family and helped on the farm in Mays Prairie. She volunteered her time teaching children to bowl. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, bowling and playing the penny slots at Lady Luck Casino in Marquette.
Rosalie is survived by her two children, Kimberly Hostert of Luana and David Lee Weber of Waukon; five grandchildren, Ivy and Adrianna Weber and Alyssa, Brittany and Casey Hostert;  three great-grandchildren, Aiden, Traven and Hunter; five sisters, Veronica Tressner of Viroqua, WI, Mary Whitney of Tomah, WI, Stella (John) Weber of Lansing, Jeanine (Donald) McAllister of Fargo, ND and Ann (Doug) Harvey of Brooksdale, FL; and five brothers, Hebert (Eva) Spalla of Racine, WI, David Spalla of Bolingbrook, IL, Anthony (Marge) Spalla of DeSoto, WI, Thomas Spalla of Fairfield and John (Jean) Spalla of Fairfield.
Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Weber, in 1986; her husband, Harvey, in 2011; five sons and one daughter in infancy; and one sister, Denise Spalla.
Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Lansing assisted the family with arrangements.
