Waukon girls cross country team finishes eighth at home invitational

The Waukon girls cross country team was a gracious host at its own Waukon Invitational held Tuesday, September 22 at the Waukon Golf & Country Club. The Lady Indians ran to an eighth-place finish out of nine teams at the meet, tallying 211 team points.
The Indians will next compete this Saturday, October 3 at the Crestwood Invitational in Cresco before wrapping up their regular season schedule at the South Winneshiek Invitational Tuesday, October 6.
