Letter to the Editor: Sin or crime?

To the Editor:

Between birth and death, we are criminals, living in a prison that we cannot escape from. We have been imprisoned since the day we were born, living among a bunch of criminals, all of us committing crime after crime against our creator. We are on death row as punishment for living a life of crime. There is only one door which after having served time in this prison that will open for each one of us. That door is death.

Each of us have a soul that is at death separated from our bodies and goes to one of two places. The choice is ours while we serve our sentence here alive on earth. There is no other choice. Originally man was placed on this earth to worship and serve our creator. A couple of our ancestors decided to follow Satan. That criminal act is still following us. The Bible calls it sin. Sin is doing something that is against the laws of our God and creator. Such as changing His laws, eliminating some of them or disobeying them.

Those laws are found in the foundation of the bible. The first five books which Yahshua told Moses to write, also known as the Torah. Yahshua is Torah. He is the Light of the world.

If we do something that is against the laws of our earthly government such as rob a business, destroy property belonging to someone else, inflict injury, that is a crime. So what is the difference between sin and crime?

I visited with several law officers, asking them how small or big is a wrong against someone or thing before it is called a crime? Their facial expressions indicated they were wondering where this was going. The officers were helpful and agreed with what I had read in several dictionaries. There really is no difference, just a different word for transgression of the law. The word crime sounds more harsh than the word sin which doesn’t seem to have as much clout.

There is a judgment day coming when  each one of us will stand before the only known true and just Judge Yahshua for sentencing. Yes, you will be judged according to your criminal activities here on earth. The only hope you have right now is to turn from what Yahshua calls evil ways or criminal ways of disobedience of biblical and earthly laws unless those earthly laws go against biblical laws, then they themselves are criminal. Your option is to obey Yahweh’s laws. Ask him to forgive you which He said He will do. Knee mail works wonders.

When you stand before Judge Yahshua on judgment day and you haven’t asked for forgiveness for your evil, criminal, sinful ways and He asks the angel in charge if your name is in the book of life, and that angel says no it doesn’t appear there, you will be escorted immediately to the lake of fire, cast into it and never, never, ever get out. Read Luke 16:19-31.

Yahshua said many times, “If you love me, keep my commandments.” He also said, “If you say you know me, but do not obey me, you are a liar.”

Celebrating man’s unholy days is criminal. They are hated and are an abomination to Yahweh not believing in Yahweh and His laws does not change the rules. If you are not sure about the laws, Leviticus 23 has a complete listing. Repent.
