Birth announcement: Bell

Marcus and Alyssa Bell of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Sebastian James Bell, born April 24, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. and measured 21-1/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Samara (3).

Grandparents are David Bell of Waukon, Olivia Bell of Waukon and Juan and Rebecca Rosas of Lansing. Arden Sprain of La Crosse, WI is a great-grandparent.
