Dr. Bill and Libby Withers to celebrate 60th wedding anniversary June 24

Dr. Bill and Libby Withers of Waukon will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary June 24. B.R. Withers and Elizabeth Hale were married in 1958 at First Presbyterian Church in Waukon in a chapel service officiated by Rev. William Tjaden.

A family celebration with their children and grandchildren will occur next month in Waukon. The couples’ children request no gifts, but in honor of the occasion, cards or well wishes could be mailed to 609 Fifth Street NW, Waukon, IA 52172.
