Frances Luther to celebrate 90th birthday with August 25 open house

Frances Luther of Kasson, MN, formerly of Waukon, will be celebrating her 90th birthday with an open house hosted by her family at the Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank at 201 West Main Street in Waukon.  Friends, coworkers and former students are invited to attend the celebration Saturday, August 25 from 2-4:30 p.m.
