Kevin and Liz Hanson, parents of the bride-to-be, and Ann Klenske Ewing and Thomas Ewing, parents of the groom-to-be, wish to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Shelby Hanson and Benjamin Ewing. The wedding will be held September 14, 2019 at Glenwood Lutheran Church, Decorah.
The bride-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Waukon High School and a 2017 graduate of Grand View University in Des Moines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. She is employed as a Registered Nurse at Broadlawns Pediatric Clinic.
The groom-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Waukon High School and a 2017 graduate of Central College in Pella with a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training and is currently working on his Master’s degree at Des Moines University in Healthcare Administration. He is employed at Life Care Services as a payroll accountant.
