Clark Meyer

Clark D. “T-Bone” Meyer, 57, of Caledonia, MN died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at MCHS Franciscan Healthcare in La Crosse, WI. A Celebration of Life will be held from 12 noon until 3 p.m. Sunday, September 22 at the New Albin Community Center in New Albin from 12 Noon-3 p.m. A private ceremony to commit his ashes will be held earlier for only family members and close friends.

Clark was born June 24, 1962 in La Crosse, WI, the son of Gilman and Joan Meyer. He graduated from Kee High School, Lansing in 1980. In August 1990, he married Chris Doering in Caledonia, MN and they later divorced. He initially worked for Lee Aluminum Foundry and Manufacturing in New Albin and then later for Torrance Casting in La Crosse, WI.

Clark played a lot of baseball in his earlier years and was a member of some of the Kee High School State Championship baseball teams. He also was a very avid Green Bay Packer and Minnesota Twins fan. He loved going to games with his family and friends. Golf was another sport he enjoyed playing as often as he could, but one of his favorite pastimes was to camp, canoe and spend time at the “farm” with his close buddies.

Clark is survived by two sons, Adam and Eric Meyer, both of Blaine, MN; two brothers, Al (Kathy) Meyer of Holmen, WI and Wayne (Jane) Meyer of New Albin; and one sister, Deb (Dave) Anderson of Rochester, MN; along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilman and Joan Meyer.
