Birth announcement: Kelly

Chad and Megan Kelly of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, JoElla LeAnn Kelly, born October 8, 2019 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 2 ozs. and measured 20-1/2 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins brothers, Joseph (7) and Jase (3).

Grandparents are Sue and Terry Grotegut of Waukon, Kevin Jones of Monona and Bob and Vicki Kelly of Decorah. Dorothy Jones of Prairie du Chien, WI is a great-grandparent.
