Travis and Breanne Bernau of Dorchester announce the birth of their daughter, Joslyn Leigh Bernau, born July 27, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 11 ozs. and measured 19-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins brothers, Brody (6), Jack (4) and Gavin (2).

Grandparents are Brian and Michelle Herman of Waukon and Margaret Rohrer of La Crosse, WI. Great-grandparents are Nyles and Ruby Herman of Waukon, Ida Duffy of Waukon, Glenn Bernau of Money Creek, MN and Caroline Stilin of La Crosse, WI.
 

Theodore and Abbey Criswell of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Ezra John Criswell, born July 28, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 ozs. and measured 20-3/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins one sibling, Jayden (2).

Matthew and Melissa Egan of Monona announce the birth of their son, Tristyn Michael Egan, born July 29, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. 7.8 ozs. and measured 23 inches in length at the time of his birth.

Grandparents are Bonnie Lange of Monona and Pat and Sarah Egan of Monona. Great-grandparents are Sharon Decker of Waukon, Myrtle Egan of Waukon, June Freilinger of Monona and Kathleen Lange of Monona.
 

Logan and Taylor Donahue of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Axle McCoy Donahue, born July 29, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Ella (8).

Grandparents are Dale and Pie Donahue of Waukon, Glenn and Brenda Troendle of Waterville, and Brad and Kim Yohe of Waterville. Great-grandparents are Ed and Teresa Helegson of Decorah, Betty Troendle of Waukon, Carole Cole of Waukon, and Harlan and Carol Yohe of Waukon.
 

Chad and Jaime Curtin of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Ezra Lucille Curtin, born July 29, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 10 ozs. and measured 20-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins siblings, Teron (3) and Lail (3).

Grandparents are Terry and Laurie Welch of Waukon and Ron and Gail Curtin of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Ralph and JoAnn Welch of Waukon and Janet Snitker of Waukon.
 

Jennie Anderson and Jared Torkelson, both of Mankato, MN, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding, which will take place August 13 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Waukon. A reception and dance will follow at the Four Seasons Community Center in Caledonia, MN.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bruce and Lynn Anderson of Waterville. She is a graduate of Waukon High School and is employed as a Radiologic Technologist at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN.

The groom-to-be is the son of Rick and Nina Torkelson of Rushford, MN. He is a graduate of Rushford-Peterson High School and is employed as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedics at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN.

The couple will reside in Mankato, MN.

Mrs. Barton (Marilyn) Hamm will be celebrating her 80th birthday August 9. Her family will be joining her for dinner to celebrate the occasion August 5.
