Sickles, Cole joined in marriage

Jennifer Sickles and Danny Cole Jr., both of Lansing, were joined in marriage September 5, 2015 at their barn in rural Lansing.
The bride is the daughter of Floyd Sickles Jr. and Julee Seeley, both of Lansing. She is a 2013 graduate of Upper Iowa University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She is currently employed as the Program Coordinator at TASC, Inc. in Waukon.
The groom is the son of Danny Cole Sr. of Lansing and Connie Cole of Waukon. He is a 1996 graduate of Kee High School and currently owns Cole’s Auto Repair in Lansing.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory lace dress and carried wildflowers accented with burlap. Her bouquet also included her late grandmother Ann Seeley’s gold rosary. The bride was attended by her Maids of Honor, Maggie Sickles and Lindsey Vinson, and bridesmaids Stephanie McKillip, Kelly Hilsabeck, Alicia Darling, Jaime Zeigler and Melissa Folsom. The Flower Girl was Paisley Pierson and the bride’s personal attendants were Brooke Welsh and Keegan Frana.
 The groom’s Best Man was Tim Rethwisch. Groomsmen were Ross Steiber, Ryan McKillip, Keith Schwartzhoff, Clint Mohn, Codie Welsh and Chad Welsh. The Ring Bearers were Brock Folsom and Diesel Rethwisch and the usher was Dustin Folsom.
Bridesmaids wore wisteria colored dresses and carried bouquets of white, lavender and gold. Groomsmen wore tan suits and vests with striped bow ties.
A reception was held following the ceremony at TJ’s Banquet Hall in Lansing.
The couple is happy to start their life together in rural Lansing.
