Birth announcement: Howard

Blossom Thorsten and Brett Howard of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Ruger Rose Howard, born May 7, 2020 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 5 lbs. 13 ozs. and measured 18-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins sisters, Zoey (4) and Skylar (3).

Grandparents are Amy and Dave Howard of Waukon, Daniel Thorsten of Frankville and Grace Fish of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Penny Howard of Waukon and Norlan and Karen Meiners of New Albin.
