Patrick Dinan joins Kerndt Brothers Bank staff as Market President

Kerndt Brothers Bank has announced that Patrick Dinan has joined the bank as Market President. He is responsible for providing lending and deposit services to agricultural and commercial customers throughout Allamakee and Winneshiek counties in Iowa and Vernon County in Wisconsin. His responsibilities also include business development and creating new relationships for the bank.

Dinan joins Kerndt Brothers Bank from Citizen’s State Bank in New Vienna, where he focused on building relationships with existing customers while developing new business. He brings over 27 years of experience in various business positions, including 24 years in banking with progressive responsibilities related to leasing, lending and bank management.

In making the announcement, James Kerndt, President and CEO of Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank, stated, “Patrick Dinan brings significant experience in a variety of commercial and agricultural capacities. His background in business and agricultural lending will be a significant asset to Kerndt Brothers Bank and our agricultural customers as we strive to assist farmers in navigating a difficult stretch of increased costs and uncertain prices.”

Dinan commented, “I am looking forward to meeting with the customers of Kerndt Brothers Bank. I also plan to develop new relationships for the bank by providing a level of personal service many customers have not experienced from other banks.”

Dinan grew up in Elgin on his family’s farm. He graduated from Winona State University where he earned degrees in Mass Communication and Business Administration. He loves to hunt and fish, is active with his family and looks forward to his son’s high school football season.
