Kee girls track team claims third place in pair of meets at Postville and at Starmont; Lady Hawks break 4x100 relay record set over 30 years ago

The Kee girls track team took to the competition trail on two different occasions this past week, finishing third in both meets on its schedule. The Kee girls opened the week finishing third at the Postville Relays Tuesday, April 6 before doing likewise at the Starmont Invitational Thursday, April 8.

The Lady Hawks were next scheduled to compete at the Waukon Early Bird Invitational Tuesday, April 13 before competing at MFL/MarMac Thursday, April 15, but that Waukon meet was already called off Monday due to forecasted cold and windy weather. The Kee track girls will then compete at Crestwood Tuesday, April 20 before hosting three other teams at their own home invitational Thursday, April 22, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
