Miranda Reinhardt, Devin Bieber to exchange vows August 28

Fred and Jennifer Reinhardt of Waukon and Ed and Amy Bieber of Waukon announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Miranda Reinhardt and Devin Bieber, both of rural Waukon. The couple will exchange vows Saturday, August 28 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lycurgus.
A dance will be open to the public from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Allamakee County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Waukon.
The bride-to-be’s grandparents are Ralph and Marie Plein, Bill Reinhardt and the late Janet Reinhardt. The groom-to-be’s grandparents are Patrick and Mary Jo Liddiard, Joan Bieber and the late Richard Bieber. Leonette Troendle is his great-grandmother.
The couple are both 2017 graduates of Waukon High School. The groom-to-be is employed as a highway technician for the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the bride-to-be is employed as a registered nurse in the surgical department at Veterans Memorial Hospital (VMH) in Waukon.
