The Waukon High School Class of 1961will meet April 27 at 11:30 a.m. at Gus & Tony’s in Waukon. All classmates are welcome to attend.
 

Brad and Julie Miller of Cascade announce the birth of their son, Noah Joseph Miller, born April 12, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 2 ozs. and measured 19 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins siblings, Samantha (16), Olivia (11), Seraphia (10), Cecilia (8), Marrana (7), Clara (5), Teresa (3) and Monica (22 months).

Grandparents are Ron and Donna Miller and Chuck and Patty Delaney, all of Cascade.
 

Jim Jr. and Caite Palmer of Castalia announce the birth of their son, Henry Mark Palmer, born April 13, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 3 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a sister, Charlotte (16 months).

Grandparents are Jim Sr. and Alice Palmer of Castalia, Annie Grieshop of Melbourne and Ed Hansen of Corry, PA. Viola Palmer of Waukon is a great-grandparent.
 

Brock and Sarah Christianson of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Griffin Dean Christianson, born April 15, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 14 ozs. and measured 23 inches in length at the time of his birth.

Grandparents are Robert and Carol Christianson of Waukon, Mimi Picray of Lansing and Kurt Steggall of Hopkinton.
 

Glen and Eloise (Mathis) Reed of Lansing are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married January 20, 1968 at St. Joseph’s Paint Rock Catholic Church, Harpers Ferry.

They are the parents of David (Juana Nakfour) of Hawthorn Woods, IL, Michele (Kim Pansegrau) of Verona, WI, Kim (Chris Evers) of Cedar Rapids and Kristy (Sam Mount) of Decorah. Grandchildren include Michael and Carina Reed, Elizabeth, Lauren and Meredith Pansegrau, Carson and Cooper Schenk, Ellie Evers, and Owen and Olivia Mount.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration hosted by the couple’s children and grandchildren at TJ Hunter’s on Main Street in Lansing Saturday, April 28 at 5:30 p.m. The couple requests no gifts.
 

Kelli and Jeff Mennen of Des Moines announce the birth of their son, Kyler Jeffrey Mennen, born March 21, 2018. He weighed 7 lbs. 1/2 oz. and measured 19-1/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a big sister, Everli (2-1/2).

Grandparents are Joe and Mary Egan of Waterville and Terry and Janet Mennen of Parkersburg. Myrtle Egan of Waukon is a great-grandparent.
 

Justin and Lindsay Bulman of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Olive Josephine Bulman, born April 10, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 6 lbs. 13 ozs. and measured 20 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a brother, Owen (3).

Grandparents are Patti and Bob Harken of Waterloo and Jerry and Machelle Bulman of Dorchester. Great-grandparents are Richard and Lois Lindenmeyer of Waverly, MO, Gary Klein of Waukon and Dar Klein of Waukon.
 

Jimmy Smith and Miranda Nagel of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Maverick James Steven Smith, born April 7, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 8 lbs. 4 ozs. and measured 21-1/2 inches in length at the time of his birth.

Grandparents are Connie and Jim Nagel of Waukon, Sherry Lacey of Des Moines and Bryon Smith of Elgin. Great-grandparents are Linda and Duane Flatland of Waukon, Mary and Jim Nagel of Waukon and Denise Davis of Elgin.
 

Karissa Gerleman and Dusty Harrington of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Kaydence Raelynn Harrington, born April 9, 2018 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 ozs. and measured 21 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a brother, Jonah (5).

Grandparents are Dan Harrington of Waukon, Lisa Gerleman of Clermont, Lynn and Rex Johanningmeier of Monona and Kenny Gerleman of West Union. Great-grandparents are Lorraine Harrington of Waukon and Joanne Gerleman of Fort Atkinson.
 

David and Jeannine Zimmerman of Waukon are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary. David Zimmerman and Jeannine Tilleraas were married April 14, 1973 at Waterloo Ridge Lutheran Church, Dorchester.

They are the parents of John (Jessica) Zimmerman of Central City, Kristina (Ben) Gralund of Cedar Rapids and Kelsey (Matt) Slay of Cedar Rapids. Grandchildren are Mason and Carson Zimmerman, Hannah and Addison Gralund and Jillian, Sawyer and Bodee Slay.
