Turkey Valley ground game too much for Kee football team in 72-12 District 3 home defeat

The Kee football team opened up its Eight-Player District 3 schedule this past Friday, September 11, playing host to a powerful Turkey Valley squad. The Trojans kept the ball on the ground for the entire contest - never once attempting a pass, an effort that proved extremely effective in outgaining the host Hawks by a 504-144 total yardage count on the way to a 72-12 Kee defeat.
Off to a 0-3 start to the season, the Hawks are scheduled to hit the road to continue Eight-Player District 3 play, traveling to Central City this Friday, September 18. The Wildcats come off a 42-0 District 3 triumph at Cedar Valley Christian this past Friday, holding a 2-2 overall record on the season.
