Youngberg and Promnitz united in marriage May 15 in St. Paul, MN

Kimberly Joy Promnitz and Aaron Keith Youngberg were united in marriage May 15, 2016 at Nazareth Chapel in St. Paul, MN. A reception followed at the Eagan, MN Community Center.
The bride’s parents are Paul and Brenda Promnitz of Waukon. The bride’s grandparents are Lester and Majorie Kiel and Jean Buntrock.

The groom’s parents are Sheldon and Marianne Youngberg of Pocahontas. The groom’s grandparents are Elsa Lenore Youngberg and Joan Wolfe.

Pastor Sid Veenstra conducted the welcome and prayer, with Pastor Duane Smith as the officiant. The bride was given away by her father. The bride’s personal attendants were Ashley Gamer and Genny Scholtes, friends of the bride. The Matron of Honor was the bride’s sister, Katie McCauley. Bridesmaids were Macayla Fryc, Emily Allison, Shelby Martin, Danea Ziegle, Allie Knapp and Morgan Johnson, all friends of the bride. Flower girls were Joy Promnitz and Cora Adams, cousins of the bride.

Best man was Tanner Youngberg, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included friends of the groom, Jeff Mefferd, Logan Jepsen, Cody Sprenger, Thomas Shepherd and Kyle Ooms, along with Logan Walkup, cousin of the groom.

Ring bearers were Judah McCauley, nephew of the bride, and Oliver Schmitt, nephew of the groom. Sign holders were Adalyn Farley, friend of the bride, and Robert Promnitz, cousin of the bride. Readers were Kirsten Hochstetler and Erika Schmitt, sisters of the groom, and Pastor Mark Promnitz, uncle of the bride. Ushers were Peter Maring and Porter Morrell, friends of the groom.

Musicians were pianist Kristie Roeder, violinist Jill Selin, soloist Becky Shaw, and Dayton and Kiah McCauley, who sang a duet. Guest book attendants were McKayla Adams, cousin of the bride, and Kenna Stieve, friend of the bride.

The wedding coordinator was Stephanie Kiel, cousin of the bride. Hosts and hostesses were Mark and Karen Youngberg, uncle and aunt of the groom, and Brent and LuAnn Adams, uncle and aunt of the bride.
