Birth announcement: Howard

Brett Howard and Blossom Thorsten of Waukon announce the birth of their daughter, Skylar Lea Howard, born November 18, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. She weighed 6 lbs. 4 ozs. and measured 20-3/4 inches in length at the time of her birth. She joins a sister, Zoey Howard.

Grandparents are Dave and Amy Howard of Waukon and Daniel Thorsten of Frankville. Great-grandparents are Penny Howard of Waukon and Norlin and Karen Meiners of New Albin.
