Maddy Reed of Marquette announces the birth of her son, Theo Vernon Scarff, born November 20, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 7 lbs. 11 ozs. and measured 19-1/4 inches in length at the time of his birth. He joins a brother, Nolan Charles Reed (8).
