The Kee boys basketball team ended up with a fairly busy week of three games, actually having another one on its schedule but having that Tuesday, January 22 game at Turkey Valley postponed to Monday, January 28. In the three games that were played, the Hawks were able to pick up their third win of the season in between a pair of losses. Kee’s basketball boys started the week with a 44-31 home loss to Seneca, WI Monday, January 21 before securing that win, 57-44, at Central Elkader Friday, January 25. Kee had a game at Clayton Ridge that had originally been postponed from January 14 rescheduled again from Thursday, January 24 to Saturday, January 26, the Hawks falling in that road contest by a 43-38 final result.

Sitting at a 3-11 overall record, including a 3-9 mark in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play, the Hawks were next scheduled to make up their January 22 postponement at Turkey Valley Monday, January 28 and then host North Fayette Valley Tuesday, January 29. Both of those games, however, have been postponed by snowy and frigid winter weather, with rescheduled dates yet to be determined as of this printing.
