Carl and Julie (Moose) Johnson are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple exchanged vows July 26, 1969 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, West Ridge in rural Waukon.
They have four children including Olaf (Jill) of Waukon, Darcey (Craig) Timmerman of Spring Grove, MN, Angie (Joe) Stortz of Rochester, MN and Heidi (Joe) Feltz of Des Moines. They also have six grandchildren including Kern, Laney, Liza, Chandler, Kenndridge and Cavel, and one great-granddaughter, Tatum.
A celebration and dinner with family is planned.
