Devin Johnson and Hailey Regan of Dorchester announce the birth of their son, Colter James Johnson, born January 15, 2024 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 6 lbs. 9 ozs. and measured 19-3/4 inches in length at the time of his birth.
