Birth announcement: Ness

Carter and Rachel Ness of Waukon announce the birth of their son, Owen Thomas Ness, born February 7, 2024 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon. He weighed 9 lbs. 5 ozs. and measured 22 inches in length at the time of his birth.

Grandparents are Corey and Millie Richards of Lansing and Chad and Diana Ness of Waukon. Great-grandparents are Dave and Sue Richards of New Albin, Janice Dougherty of Waukon, and Barb and Sigurd Ness of Waukon.
