Allamakee Community Players to hold auditions for "Peter Pan" production scheduled for this summer

Allamakee Community Players, Inc. will be holding auditions for its upcoming production, the Carolyn Leigh and Mark Charlap musical "Peter Pan," produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc. The auditions are scheduled for Sunday, May 5 from 1-3 p.m. and Tuesday, May 7 from 6-8 p.m. and will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, located at 8 Fifth Street SW in Waukon. Callbacks are scheduled for Thursday, May 9.
The auditions are open to all adults and any youth who have completed sixth grade. Children younger than sixth grade who will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all rehearsals may also audition for the limited children's roles in the production and the children's chorus.
Rehearsals will begin Monday, May 13 and will be held weeknights from 6:30 or 7 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Rehearsals will probably run later the week prior to the production, which is scheduled for July 12-14.
