Hypnotist to perform at WHS Post-Prom

Waukon High School Prom 2010 is scheduled for Saturday, April 24. This year's post-prom will be held at the former Waukon Junior High School gymnasium from midnight to 4 a.m. following prom activities at Waukon High School.
As part of this year's post-prom entertainment, hypnotist Chip Flatow will be performing at the former Waukon Junior High School gymnasium for post-prom attendees, beginning between 2:30 and 3 a.m., following his performance at Kee High School's post-prom event. Flatow is an internationally-touring entertainer who combines both stand-up and improvisational comedy into his stage-hypnosis demonstrations. He has been proven to bring out hidden qualities and abilities in his show volunteers, making his show memorable and hysterical.
Strong support of this post-prom event in the past, both in terms of monetary and prize donations, as well as workforce support, has enabled the post-prom committee to plan an event that draws high school students to a safe environment. As organization winds down, they continue to ask for the same support this year.

Contributors are asked to indicate whether they intend to donate monetarily or with door prizes, whether they would like to participate in planning and organizing the post-prom activities, or whether they intend to volunteer to help during the evening of the post-prom event (from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning).
