Investigation of meth lab leads to charges against Waterville, Lansing men

Thursday, August 26, the Allamakee County Sheriff's Office investigated a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory within a vehicle located at 568 Dry Hollow Road, rural Waterville. Numerous items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine were seized during the investigation.

Charged as a result of the investigation were Dillan Drew Boydston, age 27, of 568 Dry Hollow Road, Waterville and Alan Thomas Haag, age 25, of 1218 Main Street in Lansing. Both were charged with illegally possessing and transporting anhydrous ammonia and possession of stolen property, with Boydston also being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assisting the Allamakee County Sheriff's Office at the scene of the investigation were the Iowa State Patrol and the Clayton County Sheriff's Office.
