Member of Rep. Bruce Braley's staff to hold office hours in Waukon April 23

John Murphy, District Director for U.S. Representative Bruce Braley, will travel to Waukon Tuesday, April 23 to hold office hours open to the general public. Murphy will be at Robey Memorial Library, 401 First Avenue NW in Waukon, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 23 to meet with Iowans to discuss Braley’s work, answer questions, and provide assistance to constituents needing help from a federal agency, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Social Security Administration.
“With these outreach efforts I hope to make my office and the resources we can provide more accessible to the thousands of Iowans who don’t live near my Iowa offices in Waterloo, Dubuque and Cedar Rapids,” Braley said. “My most important job in Congress is to serve the people of eastern Iowa. Making my staff available at open office hours will allow me to better serve the residents of small towns and communities throughout the First District. John will be available to answer questions and provide assistance to anyone who needs it, and will be reporting back to me afterwards.”
