"We Remember Waterville" author to host area book signing events Aug. 16-17

Robin Larson, author of the new book, “We Remember Waterville” will be in the area signing and selling her books this month.
Monday, August 16, Larson will be available at the Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank Community Room in Waukon from 12:30 to 3 p.m., and then at Robey Memorial Library in Waukon from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, Larson will again be at the Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank Community Room in Waukon, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and will then be at the Waterville Public Library from 3-6 p.m.

“We Remember Waterville” is a 194-page collection of reminiscences, photographs, and other memorabilia from Waterville from the Turn of the Century through the 1970s.  Larson’s first book about her hometown, “The Town on the Hill: A History of Waterville, Iowa” came out in 1998. Limited copies of this book are also available.
