The Kee boys basketball team split a pair of Upper Iowa Conference contests this past week, falling on the road before winning at home to snap what had amounted to a six-game losing skid since the Hawks’ season-opening victory. That road loss came by a 62-48 final result at South Winneshiek Tuesday, December 15 before the Hawks claimed a 59-51 win at home against Starmont Friday, December 18.
Playing to a 2-6 record, including a 2-4 mark in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play, the Hawks were scheduled to wrap up their pre-holiday schedule Monday, December 21 at De Soto, WI. They will then take a break for the holidays, returning to the court January 5 at home against West Central.
