Kee boys basketball team falls to Ed-Co and Postville in UIC play, and at top-10 Seneca, WI

The Kee boys basketball team battled through a winless week during a busy three-game schedule within five days. The Hawks suffered a 64-47 loss at home to Edgewood-Colesburg Tuesday, January 12 before doing likewise against Postville, 55-49, Friday, January 15. Kee then traveled across the river and state lines to take on a Seneca, WI team that had just one loss on the season and was ranked seventh among Wisconsin’s Division 5 schools, falling to the Indians by a 91-30 final result.
Currently holding a 2-10 season record, including a 2-6 mark in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play, the Hawks were scheduled to play at Turkey Valley Tuesday, January 19 and then host Houston, MN Thursday, January 21. Kee will then make up its postponed January 8 game at Central Elkader Monday, January 25 before playing at Starmont Tuesday, January 26 and then traveling to West Central Friday, January 29.
