Kee basketball boys split another UIC road pair at Central and Clayton Ridge

The Kee boys basketball team ended up with a split of two games this past week against teams on each end of the Upper Iowa Conference standings spectrum, having a third game at North Fayette Valley postponed from Tuesday, February 2 to Monday, February 8. The two games the Hawks played on back-to-back dates this past week ended up being split between the win and loss columns, Kee completing the season sweep of Central Elkader with a 50-41 road victory Thursday, February 4 before falling at Clayton Ridge Friday, February 5 by an 85-41 final result.
The week’s split runs the Hawks’ season record to 5-14 overall, including a 5-9 mark in Upper Iowa Conference (UIC) play. Kee was scheduled to make up its postponed Tuesday, February 2 game at North Fayette Valley Monday, February 8 before wrapping up its regular season Friday, February 12 at Coulee Christian in West Salem, WI. The Hawks will then open postseason tournament play Monday, February 15 at and against Starmont,
