Ben and Shanna Holzwarth of Waukon and Ken and Sandy Rozzell of Spicer, MN announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Hally Holzwarth and Matthew Rozzell, both originally of Waukon. The couple will exchange vows Sunday, June 12 at Celebrations on the River in La Crosse, WI.
The bride-to-be is a 2021 graduate of Waukon High School and is employed at 3M in New Ulm, MN while pursuing a degree in elementary education through a transfer program with South Central Community College and Minnesota State University - Mankato. The groom-to-be is a 2020 graduate of Waukon High School and is employed as a Group Leader at 3M in New Ulm, MN.
