Kee football team battles through injury and other challenges on the way to a 2-6 overall record during fall 2022 campaign

The Kee football team played its way to a 2-6 season record during its 2022 campaign, a mark that ended up including a 1-4 result from its Eight-Player District 5 schedule that placed the Hawks fifth in the final standings of six teams able to field a varsity squad in District 5 this fall. Having played to an even 2-2 mark through the first half of their season, the Hawks had the injury bug take a series of bites out of their personnel, with some of those bites chewing holes in the most experienced and relied upon positions on each side of Kee’s line of scrimmage, with those losses in personnel factoring into a string of losses on the field in the Hawks’ final four games of this season.
