Kee High School spring production is “Larceny and Old Lace”; Dinner and a show tickets available online only

The Kee High School spring production “Larceny and Old Lace,” by Van Vandagriff through Pioneer Drama Service, is a comedy with a casino theme, so why not have a casino-themed dinner before the show? The production is scheduled for the first weekend in April.

Dinner theater-only tickets are now available for purchase online (digitally) from March 12-21 for the dinner and show performance scheduled for Saturday, April 5. There is limited seating, and the software program Ludus is being used for the ticket purchases at the following online site: keedrama.ludus.com. That site will allow interested individuals to select their seat(s) (tables/seats are set up in the Kee High School gym) and purchase an online ticket. This is the only way to purchase a dinner theater ticket.

Those who are having trouble purchasing the online ticket should stop by the Kee High School office for assistance. Bingo, the meal, and the show all take place in the gym.

There will also be general admission at the door for the show only that Saturday evening. There may be a couple rows of front row seating and the rest will be in the bleachers, due to tables set up for the dinner theater.

Dinner theater tickets are also good for a bingo card to play bingo at 5 p.m. where prizes will be given out until the meal begins at 6 p.m.  The evening’s meal will be served to reserved dinner theater tables and will consist of a house salad, lasagna, breadsticks, dessert, coffee, and lemonade. Musical entertainment will be provided during the meal.

Those taking part in the dinner theater meal are urged to arrive by 6 p.m. in order to have everyone seated and served on time before the show begins. No meals will be served after 6:45 p.m.

In addition to Saturday’s dinner theater options, a 2 p.m. matinee  performance will also take place Sunday, April 6. General admission seating is available for purchase at the door where there will be seating on the floor and bleachers.
