Main Street Lansing is proud to welcome its newest downtown storefront and business investor, Steph Liddiard Realty, LLC, led by the vibrant and experienced Steph Liddiard, a licensed real estate professional with Keller Williams.

The grand opening of Steph Liddiard Realty, LLC was recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting and First Dollar Award presentation, as she was joined by the proud Main Street Lansing volunteers and her supportive family. “It was a wonderful moment to officially welcome her to our downtown and honor her investment in our community,” Cooper said.
Liddiard says her journey into real estate started long before she earned her license. Raised on a farm where her family home was always a work-in-progress, she developed a knack for seeing potential in every space. “Old houses feel like they hug you,” she says. “They have a story to tell - and I love helping others imagine their next chapter in them.”
Originally from Mabel, MN, and now a long-time resident of Allamakee County, Liddiard chose to open her office in Lansing after years of falling in love with the town’s riverside beauty and warm community spirit. Her passion for people is as strong as her passion for homes. As a mother of six and grandmother to eight, she brings a nurturing, personal touch to every transaction.
Liddiard is more than just a licensed agent in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin - she’s also a certified Home Staging Expert and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She offers personalized staging services, guidance for seniors navigating life transitions, and real estate expertise tailored to all types of buyers and sellers - from first-timers to investors.
Her new office is located in the former Mississippi Valley Realty space at 341 Main Street in Lansing, and she is honored to follow in the footsteps of longtime community member Teresa Severson. “It’s a privilege to continue what Teresa started. She’s made such an impact here,” Liddiard shared.
