Main Street Lansing recently welcomed Renewed Vitality, a new holistic wellness practice founded by Kelsey Meyer, to downtown Lansing. Located at 20 North 2nd Street, Renewed Vitality brings personalized wellness services, whole-person care, and accessible therapeutic offerings to the heart of the Lansing community.

Meyer, a lifelong local with deep roots in both Lansing and New Albin, shares that her journey toward wellness began early. “I grew up in New Albin, and when you’re from either Lansing or New Albin, you spend a lot of time in both towns,” she said. “Living in a close-knit community and watching my mom care for others as a nurse shaped who I am today. It taught me the importance of connection, compassion, and whole-person care.”

Her professional background includes training through the Trinity School of Natural Health, additional holistic certifications, and years spent in integrative health settings. Drawn to wellness from a young age, Meyer noticed how many people - including herself and her family - were struggling with issues like fatigue, brain fog, hormonal shifts, and chronic overwhelm that weren’t always reflected in standard lab results. “I felt called to work in a way that looks at the whole person, helps people understand the ‘why’ behind how they feel, and utilizes more natural approaches when able,” she said.

A Wellness Practice Inspired by Personal Transformation
Renewed Vitality was born from Meyer’s own experience with holistic health and her desire to offer personalized, root-cause-focused support. “Many people in our community are navigating chronic stress, burnout, gut symptoms, and hormonal imbalances,” she shared. “I saw a real need for a space where people wouldn’t have to travel far - where they would feel heard, supported, and empowered with knowledge that helps them for years to come.”

Her service offerings include:
• Holistic health consultations
• Nervous-system and health coaching
• Targeted testing options
• Professional-grade vitamins and supplements
• Infrared sauna sessions
• Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) therapy
• Red light therapy.

Each service is designed to reduce inflammation, restore energy, support detox pathways, and help clients rebalance their health. “My goal is to help people not only feel better in the moment but build long-term vitality,” she said.

A Philosophy Rooted in Whole-Person Healing
Meyer describes her approach as personalized, collaborative, and focused on uncovering the root causes of symptoms. “I believe healing happens when we support the body, mind, and nervous system together,” she said. She emphasizes empowerment, education, and practical, sustainable changes that grow over time - helping clients take ownership of their health in a supportive environment.

Community, Connection, and Momentum
Meyer says that choosing downtown Lansing was an easy decision for her. “It truly represents the heart of the community,” she said about starting her new business in the area where she has grown up and always called home. “There is an inspiring energy here with local businesses supporting one another, families investing in the town, and a shared desire to revitalize and grow. Being part of Main Street means contributing to that momentum and making wellness more accessible in a warm, welcoming environment.”

Looking Ahead:
Community Wellness, Collaboration & Growth
Over the next several years, Meyer plans to expand services, introduce new therapeutic offerings, and build community education programs focused on stress, hormones, and whole-body wellness. She also hopes to collaborate with local providers and small businesses.

“I love partnering with other businesses - whether through cross-promotions, wellness days, events, or shared offerings,” she said. “If your business is interested in bringing more health resources to the community, I’m always open to collaborating.”
