In its only competition of the week prior to the holiday break from school, the Waukon girls wrestling team took part in another large tournament event when the Lady Indians competed in the Bubba Randles Winter Classic hosted by Cedar Rapids Prairie Saturday, December 20. The Lady Indians will return to the mat Friday, January 2 to compete in the Osage Tournament before taking part in the Tuesday, January 6 triangular at South Winneshiek that also involves New Hampton, making up that postponed quadrangular at Janesville Thursday, January 8 and then competing in the Central Elkader Invitational Friday, January 9.
