Ward "Tom" Williams

Ward Thomas “Tom” Williams of Harpers Ferry passed away peacefully January 31, 2026 at his home. Services were held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Traer Saturday, February 7.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife, AnnMarie; his son, Alex; his parents, Ward Arlen and Judy Williams; his siblings, Chris Williams, Andrea Madison (Joe Ruppert) and Patrick (Jackie) Williams; and his brothers-in-law, Alex (Marli) Gallacher and Dan (Kara) Gallacher. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces: Sky Madison, Ty Madison, Madelyn (Bailey) Schwerin, Clayton Williams, Bree Gallacher (Mike Garcia), J.J. Gallacher, Kaelan Gallacher, and Dakota East; his great-niece, Vera Schwerin; his great-nephews, Wayne Schwerin, Aidan Garcia and Isaac Garcia; his aunt, Maxine Seeley; his uncle, Thomas (Karen) Folkerts; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father- and mother-in-law, Alex and Eleanor Gallacher; his grandparents, Ward and Emojean Williams, Carol Whitcomb and Edward Folkerts; his uncle, Jim Folkerts; his aunt and uncle, Patricia and Clark Wood; and his uncle, Ken Seeley.

Tom may be gone from our sight, but never in our hearts. Goodbyes are not the end; it simply means we’ll miss you until we meet again.
