Kee softball team’s five wins in busy week of eight games include a sweep at West Central, splits vs. Crestwood and at NFV Tournament

Out at the plate ... Kee softball senior catcher Elena Schulte looks to apply a tag to a sliding Crestwood baserunner in the Lady Hawks’ home doubleheader split with the Cadets Wednesday, June 3. Schulte took a relay throw from junior third baseman Rylee Mudderman in time to apply the tag for the out to end Crestwood’s second inning. She also collected two singles and a double in six at-bats in the two games to score two runs and drive in one as well. Photo by Danielle Potter.
