ANN CONNOLLY

Ann J. Connolly, 84, of Waukon, died Friday, July 21, 2000, at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon.
Funeral services were held July 26 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Waukon. Fr. Alan Schmitt officiated. Burial was in Good Shephard Memorial Gardens, Ocala, FL.
Casketbearers were Jim Clarke, Ed Lauerman, LeRoy McCabe, Rupert Caballero, Jim Klenske and Bill Votsmier.
Ann was born Dec. 4, 1915, in New York City, NY, the daughter of William Romas and Julia Lulak. In 1944, she married Joseph E. Connolly in Bergenfield, NJ. During her lifetime, Ann was a resident of New York City, Bergenfield, Ocala, FL, and Waukon. She worked as an office clerk for General Electric while in New York City.
Survivors include two brothers, Bill (Ann) Romas of McGregor and John (Arlene) Romas of Creskill, NJ.
Hanson's Funeral Home of Waukon assisted the family.
