Anniversary Announcement

Complete this form and we will publish your wedding announcement in the newspaper and online. There is a charge of $15.00 each to include photographs with your announcement. We will contact you by telephone to make payment arrangements after we receive the completed form. If you have problems using the online form, you may also submit your announcement and photos by email to: reports@waukonstandard.com. The deadline for submissions is Thursday at 4 p.m. for publication in the following week's newspaper.
