The Waukon Police Department responded to three accidents recently, one of which resulted in minor injuries to two occupants of a Waukon dining establishment.

Specifically, a police report indicates that Robert J. Stock, 72, of Waukon, was traveling eastbound on Fifth Avenue when Jessica Waters, 25, of Waukon, pulled from a stop sign at the avenue's intersection with Fourth Street. Waters' '95 Ford Windstar van collided with Stock's '89 Ford F150 pick-up, pushing the vehicle to the opposite side of the avenue along which it was traveling.
Waters was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
Damages were estimated at $4,000 per vehicle.
