COMMUNITY AND HOME CARE TO RELOCATE IN JULY

As of July 11, Veterans Memorial Hospital Community and Home Care public health services will be moved from its current location in the Allamakee Co. Courthouse to Veterans Memorial Hospital.
Anyone wishing to visit the Community and Home Care office can enter Veterans Memorial Hospital through the new main entrance. Community and Home Care is conveniently located just off the new elevator on the upper level.
Greeters are available at the hospital to assist with any visitors or patients who need assistance finding the new office. Immunization clinics will also take place at the new hospital location.
Community and Home Care's new phone number will be (319) 568-5660. This a direct number that will ring directly to the Community and Home Care office. After July 11, the 800 number for their office will no longer be in existence.
