Gottbeheat
Heath Gottbeheat, 19, Ferryville, Wis., was charged with possessing marijuana after a Nov. 24, 2004, traffic stop in Allamakee County.
According to the report, Gottbeheat's vehicle was pulled over by a pair of deputies at the intersection of South Road and Highway 9 in Lansing for a cracked tail lamp. The deputies were given permission to search the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia in the ash tray. Gottbeheat was arrested and, when booked, was found with marijuana in his possession.
Gottbeheat pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and fined $250 and sentenced to two days in jail.

Myhre
Alan D. Myhre, 39, of Caledonia, Minn., was found guilty of giving a false report to law enforcement officials after his vehicle was found in the Upper Iowa River in July.
According to the report, around 9 a.m. the morning of July 17, 2004, an Allamakee Sheriff's Deputy noticed a vehicle in the Upper Iowa River. Myhre arrived at the scene and stated that his vehicle had been taken from his residence sometime the previous night. Through the deputy's investigation, it was found that Myhre had been picked up from the scene earlier that morning. A statement from a tow truck driver also confirmed that Myhre had called and told him that he had driven his car into the river. After the car was pulled from the river, deputies found a pipe for smoking marijuana.
Myhre pleaded guilty to giving a false report to law enforcement and fined $250.

Navarro
Juan Navarro, 21, Castalia, was charged with operating while intoxicated - first offense after a June 7, 2004, traffic stop.
According to the report, a Postville police officer saw Navarro stopped in the alley behind the IGA store. The officer could smell alcohol and Navarro had bloodshot eyes. A breath test indicated his blood alcohol level was .128.
Navarro pled guilty to the charge of operating while intoxicated - first offense and was fined $500 and ordered to spend two days in jail.
