Don’t forget permits this building season!

Attention all carpenters, concrete and excavation personnel, and homeowners.

As the spring building season comes around the corner, please make sure you have all of the necessary building permits and have called the local locating services for underground wires and pipes.

Failure to get proper building permits can lead to fines.

Most every town and county in the tri-state area will have permitting and setback requirements. It’s your job to make sure all permits are obtained prior to the start of any type of construction project.

Elsewhere, you can locate the proper authorities by contacting the county or city zoning departments or City Clerk’s offices.
