Engagement Announcement

Complete this form and we will publish your engagement announcement in the newspaper and online. There is a charge of $15.00 to include a photograph with your announcement. We will contact you by telephone to make payment arrangements after we receive the completed form. If you have problems using the online form, you may also submit your announcement and photo by email to: reports@waukonstandard.com. The deadline for submissions is Thursday at 4 p.m. for publication in the following week's newspaper.
